Tangy Caramelized Sweet Onion Sliders on Hawaiian Rolls
Delightfully simple and loaded with flavor, these are the perfect appetizer for tailgates, parties, potlucks, you name it! Made with Hawaiian sweet rolls and fresh sweet onions, these are deliciously sweet and will be a hit with all your guests! Recipe courtesy of Chef & The Fatman.
Ingredients
- 1 large sweet onion, sliced
- 2 Tbsp of balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp of olive oil
- salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 package of Kings Hawaiian dinner rolls, 12 count
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced RealSweet sweet onion, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and saute until onions become slightly translucent - 8 to 10 minutes - and remove from heat.
- Place a healthy amount of sliced onions on each bun and serve warm.
