Easy Three-Cheese Fondue with Sweet Onions

Ingredients
- ¼ cup sweet onion, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 cups (8 oz) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese, cut into cubes
- ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
- ¼ tsp ground red pepper
- ½ tsp hot pepper sauce
- bread for dipping
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2½ hours, stirring only once or twice, until cheese is melted and smooth.
- Increase heat to high and cook 1 to 1½ hours until heated through.
- Serve with bread.
