Brat Hot Tub with Peppers and Vidalia Onions

Fire up the grill with this easy Brats Hot Tub recipe! Juicy bratwurst, sweet Vidalia® onions, and peppers simmered in beer for the ultimate game day or backyard BBQ meal. A crowd-pleaser with bold flavor and simple prep.

Ingredients
  • 1 package of bratwurst
  • 1 medium Vidalia onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper (any color you prefer), sliced
  • 1 large aluminum foil pan
  • 2 or 3 cans (12 oz each) of beer
  • 2 Tbsp of butter
Instructions
  1. Place the pan directly on the grill.
  2. Pour in the beer and add the butter, onions and peppers
  3. Grill your brats to a juicy, golden-brown perfection.
  4. Top with onions, peppers and mustard, and serve immediately to your hungry guests.
  5. Place any remaining brats into the steaming hot tub.
  6. For seconds or thirds, grab a brat and toppings out of the hot tub and enjoy!
